What we collect, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
Sandwich Fencing is a trading name of NordSys Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we hold the phone number or email address you contacted us with, together with the messages or details you sent, so we can quote and deliver the work. We also count visits to this site without cookies (see Website statistics below).
To quote work, deliver the job, and follow up. We do not sell contact data. We do not run email marketing lists. We do not share contact data with third parties except where we need to (for example a supplier delivery address, or a specialist trade for a portion of the work).
Job records: 7 years, for tax and warranty. We keep a record of enquiries, chats and our dealings with you. If you would like your own record deleted, contact us at hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk and we will do it. Website statistics: see Website statistics below.
We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk and we will action within 30 days.
